Special Requirements

	Quote Required We will issue a quote for your approval based on the information you supplied, and await your reply before booking in the items for pickup.
	Catalogue Required We will create a detailed report on the equipment recieved, including specs, serial and asset numbers, condition and value if needed. (additional charges may apply)
	Recycle Equipment Tick this option only if you deem the equipment to be of no value to you and would like it sent straight to recycling. Unless a catalogue has been requested, you will not recieve a report. We will only record the weight once recieved.
	Security Wiped by customer prior to pickup or delivery The customer has already security wiped hard drives and devices.
	Security Wipe Hard Drives (No cerification required) We will security wipe all hard drives, however no certification will be provided.
	Security Wipe Hard Drives (Advanced Wipe with Blancco Certified HMG IS5/ DoD 5220.22-M) We will security wipe all hard drives with a certified minimum 3 pass wipe using Blancco. (additional charges per hard drive apply)
	Uninstall and Uplift We will dispatch our technicians to Uninstall equipment if needed, Collect and Transport in our secure vechicles. (additional charges apply)
	Security Wipe Onsite We will dispatch our technicians to security wipe all equipment at your location before equipment is uplifted. (additional charges apply)
	Serial Scan during Uplift We will dispatch our technicians to scan all serial numbers of equipment while equipment is being uplifted. (additional charges apply)
	Serial Scan on Receipt Our warehouse staff will scan all the serials with our purpose built LogiScan application as soon as your equipment arrives. An automated report will be emailed to you that compares against what you asked to be collected. (additional charges may apply)
	Destroy All Hard Drives (NZISM compliant 12mm shred) We will destroy all hard drives using our in-house NZISM compliant shredder. (additional charges per hard drive apply)
	Destroy All Hard Drives (NZISM compliant 3mm shred) We will destroy all hard drives using our in-house NZISM compliant shredder. (additional charges per hard drive apply)
	Destroy All Hard Drives (NZISM compliant 2mm shred) We will destroy all hard drives using our in-house NZISM compliant shredder. (additional charges per hard drive appy)
	Lease Returns This shipment may contain leased gear that will need to be returned to the leasing agent.
	For Resale This shipment is to be resold for us to our staff or public (we will offset proceeds against our costs and pay remaining to you)
	For Storage This shipment is to be stored at the Remarkit warehouse until further notice or requested for dispatch.
	Pre-arranged Agreement Please carry out as per our pre-arranged special agreement.
